In order to provide the best Isle of Wight Revolution experience, a limited amount of personal data may optionally be processed. All personal data is held only on the Isle of Wight Revolution system and no personal information is shared with other third parties.

Your Isle of Wight Revolution data is held for the duration of this years event and the booking period of the next years event, in case you wish to return.

If you do not wish to return, your data will be removed if removed by your group, or you may remove your data yourself from your Personal Information page or by request to revolution@scouts.live. If you do not return the following year by the time bookings close, your data will be removed automatically.

For those using the Isle of Wight Revolution app, this application can be used with or without an Isle of Wight Revolution account. For those wanting a personalised experience, logging in with your Isle of Wight Revolution account will access your name, club and group from the Isle of Wight Revolution system.

No other personal information is acceessed, collected or stored beyond that required for the event itself.
